Referral Program Terms

Last updated 2026. These terms govern the Convivo referral bounty program.

The bounty

Refer a restaurant to Convivo and earn a one-time $500 USD bounty once that restaurant becomes a genuinely active customer. The bounty is paid per qualifying restaurant, once.

What “active” means

A referral qualifies when the referred restaurant, within its first 60 days, has: (a) reached at least 60 days since signing up, (b) taken a meaningful number of real orders through Convivo, and (c) is still an active, non-canceled account. Convivo determines qualification in good faith based on actual platform activity.

Eligibility

• Anyone may refer, but you may not refer your own business or an account you own or control.
• One referrer per restaurant — the first valid attribution wins (via your referral link, or a manual match we make).
• The restaurant must be new to Convivo and must not already be attributed to another referrer or affiliate.
• You must provide a valid email and a working payout method to be paid.

Payout

Qualifying bounties are reviewed and approved by Convivo before payment. We’ll contact you at the email you provided to arrange payout (e.g. PayPal or e-transfer). Payment is typically made within 30 days of qualification.

Fraud & abuse

Convivo may withhold or reverse any bounty we reasonably believe involves fraud, fake or inactive accounts, self-referral, duplicate submissions, or abuse. We may reject any referral at our discretion.

Changes

Convivo may modify or end this program at any time. Referrals already submitted and pending will be honored under the terms in effect when they were submitted.
